CEPPA Heliodor Madrona neighbourhood

An idea
We propose converting the former homes of the Heliodor Madrona port neighbourhood into a series of open-plan pavilions. The buildings stand on Alicante Port Authority land next to the current bus station. The province’s districts would have a permanent exhibition space in a prime location in the city, where they could promote their products and their towns as places to visit, shop, invest or live.
